Dr. Luciano built Sparrow to give women an alternative to the fragmented, rushed care often experienced in the traditional system. Sparrow is her answer: a small practice where the doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of everything.
By keeping our patient panel intentionally small, we can offer the personalized care that used to be the norm, and should be again.
Sparrow offers simple, transparent cash pricing for every service, with insurance billing on the way as we complete credentialing. For menopause and midlife wellness, you can also add an optional membership.

Dr. Luciano grew up in Wheeling, West Virginia, one of three sisters in a loving household with hard-working parents. A competitive athlete throughout high school, she pursued her undergraduate degree at Marietta College in Ohio, where she met her husband Christopher. She went on to earn her medical degree at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, then completed her OB/GYN residency at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, Florida.
After years of private practice and hospitalist care, and following the birth of her own two children, Dr. Luciano felt called to build something different and founded Sparrow: a practice designed around an intentionally slower schedule, evidence-based care, and the formation of real, lasting connections with patients.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Luciano prioritizes time outdoors with her family, friends, and Pepper, her velcro-dog. She and her family are longtime members of Christ United Fellowship in downtown Orlando. Dr. Luciano enjoys the culinary and creative arts, she unwinds with long walks, great books, good coffee, and conversation.
Your annual well-woman exam and the full range of gynecologic care, with the unhurried time and continuity of a true micro-practice. No membership required. Care is currently cash-pay with transparent prices, and we're working to become in-network with major insurance carriers, including Aetna.
Getting started is simple: book a visit, come in for unhurried, thorough care, and return for ongoing gynecologic care whenever you need it. We'll provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
